What You’ll Do:

• Develop new business and grow loan portfolios
• Deliver tailored financial solutions
• Ensure strong credit quality and risk management
• Collaborate on cross-selling opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of commercial lending or credit experience
• Experience in C&I and commercial real estate lending
• Strong credit, business development, and relationship skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or related field preferred
