What You’ll Do:
- Develop new business and grow loan portfolios
- Deliver tailored financial solutions
- Ensure strong credit quality and risk management
- Collaborate on cross-selling opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of commercial lending or credit experience
- Experience in C&I and commercial real estate lending
- Strong credit, business development, and relationship skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or related field preferred
