Join a global law firm’s Professional Track Attorney program as an EGVC Attorney supporting emerging growth companies and institutional investors. This role focuses on sophisticated venture capital financings, M&A transactions, and corporate governance matters in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support emerging growth and venture capital transactions
- Draft and manage venture financing and corporate documents
- Analyze complex legal issues and deliver high-quality work product
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and internal teams
- Collaborate on client service and team initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8 years of emerging growth and venture capital experience
- Experience advising startups, founders, and investors
- Familiarity with standard venture financing documents
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $150,000–$300,000
