Join a global law firm as an EGVC Attorney in its Professional Track Attorney program, focusing on emerging growth companies and venture capital investors. Work on sophisticated financings, M&A transactions, and corporate governance matters within a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
Support emerging growth and venture capital transactions
Draft, review, and manage transaction documents
Analyze complex legal issues and deliver high‑quality work product
Communicate with clients, attorneys, and internal teams
Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and staff
What We’re Looking For:
5–8 years of emerging growth and venture capital experience
Experience advising startups, founders, and investors
Familiarity with standard VC documentation (NVCA, Series Seed, Y Combinator)
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Solution‑oriented mindset and professional judgment
Compensation: $150,000–$300,000
