Join a global law firm as an EGVC Attorney in its Professional Track Attorney program, focusing on emerging growth companies and venture capital investors. Work on sophisticated financings, M&A transactions, and corporate governance matters within a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support emerging growth and venture capital transactions
- Draft, review, and manage transaction documents
- Analyze complex legal issues and deliver high-quality work product
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and internal teams
- Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and staff
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8 years of emerging growth and venture capital experience
- Experience advising startups, founders, and investors
- Familiarity with standard VC documentation (NVCA, Series Seed, Y Combinator)
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Solution-oriented mindset and professional judgment
Compensation: $150,000–$300,000
