Join a growing industrial services company as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, supporting the maintenance and repair of critical machinery used across demanding field operations. This role offers hands-on work with a variety of heavy equipment systems in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy equipment including diesel engines and hydraulic systems
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems and after-treatment components
- Utilize diagnostic software to identify and resolve mechanical and performance issues
- Service and repair drivetrain and drivetrain-related components, including drive train assemblies
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation of repairs performed
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and team members regarding equipment status
- Manage multiple work orders while meeting deadlines and operational needs
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures in shop and field environments
What We’re Looking For
- Several years of experience working with heavy equipment required
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, and electrical systems
- Experience with after-treatment systems and diagnostic software
- Familiarity with drive train components and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and technical issues
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
Compensation: $20–$40/hour
