What You’ll Do:
Support private equity and related corporate transactions
Draft and review legal and transactional documents
Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams
Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

J.D. candidate graduating Spring 2026
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
Compensation: $135,000–$165,000
