What You’ll Do:
- Support private equity and related corporate transactions
- Draft and review transactional and legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
- Collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams
- Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- J.D. candidate graduating Spring 2026
- Strong academic credentials and interest in private equity
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a team-oriented setting
Compensation: $150,000–$165,000 base salary
