Join a global law firm’s Professional Track Attorney program as an EGVC Attorney supporting emerging growth companies and venture capital investors. This role focuses on sophisticated financings, M&A transactions, and corporate governance matters.
What You’ll Do:
Support emerging growth and venture capital transactions
Draft and manage venture financing and corporate documents
Analyze complex legal issues and deliver high-quality work product
Communicate with clients, attorneys, and internal teams
Collaborate on client service and team initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
5–8 years of emerging growth and venture capital experience
Experience advising startups, founders, and investors
Familiarity with standard venture financing documents
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $150,000–$300,000
