Join a global law firm’s Professional Track Attorney program as an EGVC Attorney supporting emerging growth companies and institutional investors. This role focuses on sophisticated venture capital financings, M&A transactions, and corporate governance matters in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
Support emerging growth and venture capital transactions
Draft, review, and manage transaction documents
Analyze complex legal issues and deliver high‑quality work product
Communicate with clients, attorneys, and internal teams
Manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced setting
What We’re Looking For:
5–8 years of emerging growth and venture capital experience
Experience advising startups, founders, and investors
Familiarity with standard venture capital documentation
Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
Compensation: $150,000–$300,000
